Toast
A brief message that appears over the page. Add one with toast(); mount ToastRegion once in the root layout.

Accessibility
- The region is a landmark and each toast is announced as it arrives.
- Toasts close after five seconds, except errors, which stay until dismissed; hovering or focusing pauses the timer.
- Arrivals and departures run in a view transition where the browser supports them.
